This year I plan to listen to what my doctors are saying to help lessen the deterioration of my post polio. So far, so good, but it's only January 5th! :)

A wonderful beginning for 2016 is having this site available. I resolve to understand as much as possible about post polio and to put into practice what I have learned.

Learning more about post polio. I have moved house to conserve to preserve and to be able to get out and about and make new friends , near and far. Therefore looking forward to my new lifestyle. KarenT.

That's awesome. I'm glad for you. I'd love to know how are you doing a couple of years later if you're still around.
