Dr. Bach, Hope you had a good weekend . Regarding your video about preventing Atelectasis. Would the exercises shown keep COPD from stiffening ? My friend was told she had a shrinking lung with narrowing of the airways .

For atelectasis in COPD, air shifting is more important, pursed lip breathing, and other COPD rehabilitation techniques. Pulm rehab is needed.
