Is there a problem flying with the LTV 900-950 since there are restrictions on having lithium batteries onboard?

Unless regulations have changed recently you should be able to fly with the LTV Sprint pack but to be certain you should check with Airline and also carry a letter from your Dr

We flew last year and o2 stayed in the 80s with the vent on. We asked for 02 tank and it went up to 90s. We plan to fly again this year, what would you advise?
