2 feeding via nasogastric tube. But im unable to aspirate any air or anything before feeds. The doc says its normal but baby is bloated and today vomitted after feed. We worried of aspiration if continues. She already on anti reflux meds and tube changed yesterday. Is this something i should be worried about?

We don't use BiPAP. If the NG tube is in the baby will certainly need a gastrostomy tube.
